Movie Scenes

This is a listing of MY opinion of the Top Ten Funniest Movies Scenes. I obviously haven't seen all the movies out there, but these are scenes that I thought were the funniest (maybe I should say scenes that I remember as the funniest). It is currently incomplete and as I think of more or see more, I will add to the list.

If you'd like to (include title and BRIEF scene description), go ahead. Maybe I saw the movie and forgot. Perhaps if I get enough responses for movies I haven't seen, I'll create a second list!

Some of these movies I haven't seen in a while and I am typing the description from memory so there may be an erroneous detail or two.

POSSIBLE PLOT SPOILERS: for anyone that may not have seen a movie listed, if you don't really want to know about the scene because you'd rather see it first, then don't read about it.  (You've been warned!)

10. Hitch
When Albert (Kevin James' character) leans in to kiss Allegra, they show a funny close up of his face all puckered up and ready for the kiss.

8. I Want Candy
John orders Candy from her production company - not knowing it was a sex doll, not the actual actress. He and his two friends are in a café - with the doll - discussing the situation. John says "I'm shocked." Joe says "So is Candy, look at her face :-0."

7. Shawn of the Dead
Shawn and his friend are fighting off zombies in the back yard and they grab a box of records (vinyl records - remember those?!!?). They start throwing the records at the advancing zombies.  In the middle of the scene, they stop throwing to start reviewing the groups and titles of the albums they are throwing!

6. Happy Gilmore
Happy is playing golf on a televised tournament. In the foreground two executives are talking about Happy while in the background, Happy is going through a tirade. But during this episode, he is pounding the ground with his club while spewing string of beeped curses.

5. Wrongfully Accused
The fugitive is talking to the gal. He says "Your dog is making a funny face." She says "That's not his face, it's his butt." He says "Oh, then he's not going to like the treat I just gave him."

4. Finding Nemo
While Dora and Nemo's father are hunting for Nemo, they meet up with a whale. And Dora (voiced by Ellen Degeneris) speaks whale.

3. The Avengers
Loqi is postulating to The Hulk. He is cut off when The Hulk grabs him by the feet and slams him into the floor five times like a rag doll.

2. Bruce Almighty
Bruce, with the powers of God, stops by the television studio. He plays a trick on a fellow anchor and makes him talk in gibberish while on the air.
