My folks are originally from the Bronx (NY). They moved to Westchester (not West Chester, for those local to me) a long time ago, and raised the three of us (that would be my sister, brother and I, in that order). I'm the youngest... the smartest... and best looking too :-) (but don't tell them that).
My wife, Linda, and I now live in Delaware with our daughter Pam and the Fat (that's the polite term I use for the cat [refer to the cat photos, and you'll know what I mean] - but unfortunately, she is no longer with us in body, but only in spirit :-( ). I'm looking into declaring the cat a dependent on this year's taxes! The sister's in New Jersey somewhere with her husband and four boys. The brother is also in Delaware, with his wife, two sons and a daughter; and, believe it or not, my parents are in Delaware too!!
We, Linda and I, have been living Delaware for over nine years (at the time of this writing). It was quite a switch from the hustle and bustle of Northern Westchester (again, that's not West Chester...). Linda's was at her corporate job for almost ten years, and I at mine for almost eight. I finished my MBA at UD in 2002. Pam graduated in 2005 and is now working in Washington D.C.!! I said Linda was at her corporate job because effective November 10, she will no longer be employed there. "Why?" you ask? Good question. The answer lies here.
